RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not offer returns or exchanges beyond those required by applicable consumer law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Our vintage pieces are individually sourced. Please review the photographs, measurements and condition notes carefully before purchasing. We are happy to answer questions before you place an order.
Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Where applicable, including for consumers in the European Union, you may withdraw from your online purchase without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your item.
Email serenading0831@hotmail.com with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us. Prior approval is not required to exercise this right.
Trying On & Item Condition
You may inspect and carefully try on the item as you would in a shop. Wearing it for an event or extended use goes beyond the handling necessary to assess its nature, characteristics and fit.
You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary, including wear, perfume, makeup, stains, washing, alterations or damage. Any deduction will reflect the actual diminished value and will be explained to you.
Please return all included accessories and original dust bags, and keep any attached tags intact where possible. We document item condition before dispatch and inspect returned items.
Return Shipping & Refunds
You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping for a statutory withdrawal. Please package the item securely; tracked shipping is recommended.
We will refund the purchase price and, where applicable, the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Additional charges for premium delivery are not refundable beyond the cost of our standard delivery option. Refunds will be made to the original payment method, subject to any lawful deduction for diminished value.
Faulty or Incorrectly Described Items
If your item is faulty or does not match its description, please contact us. Photographs can help us assess the issue but are not a condition for exercising your statutory rights. Applicable legal remedies remain available, and you will not bear return costs where the law requires us to cover them.
